Patrons’ Vedanta Course – II
September 1 @ 8:00 pm - September 4 @ 1:00 pm
Swami Tattvavidananda will unfold the nondual nature of the self as revealed in the Upanisads. The understanding of oneself as this nondual reality frees one from the struggle of the human urge to be complete.
At the end of the second chapter of the Bhagavad Gita, Arjuna asks Lord Krishna what are the characteristics of a person who is well-established (sthita) in the self-knowledge (prajna) that Lord Krishna has just taught.
“How does he walk? How does he talk?” Lord Krishna answers by citing the wise person’s expression in terms of values and attitudes that the seeker of this knowledge can
emulate to prepare himself to know. Swami Pratyagbodhananda will present these values and attitudes and show how we can apply each of them in our day-to-day life.
