May 25-28 (Fri-Mon)

Sthitaprajñaḥ tadocyate (BG 2.55) with Swami Viditatmananda

At the end of the second chapter of the Bhagavad Gītā, Arjuna asks Lord Krishna what are the characteristics of a person who is well- established (sthita) in the self knowledge (prajñā) that Lord Krishna has just taught. “How does he walk? How does he talk?” Lord Krishna answers by citing the wise person’s expression in terms of values and attitudes that the seeker of this knowledge can emulate to prepare himself to know. Swami Viditatmananda will present these values and attitudes and show how we can each apply them in our day-to-day life.
